The Project Manager will be responsible for the yearly game roadmap, resource loading, and communicating the game development priorities.  They will also help the studios understand and integrate any pop-up projects, and work with the studio producers on a daily basis. The Project Manager will interface regularly with the Game Development, Game Engineering, Platform, Systems and Product Management teams.

Essential Functions:

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Strong project management experience and skill set including scheduling, resource loading, communication, scope change and quality
• Coordinating development projects in a fast-paced, technology-based development environment
• Clearly, effectively, and timely communicating project status through metrics to team members and stakeholders
• Supervising the assessment of risk during a project, identifying priority and mitigation strategy, and communicating these to team members and stakeholders
• Determining need for additional resources on a project and notifying appropriate resource manager with supporting assessment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred
• Up to 10 years project management experience
• Cross-functional team experience a must
• Able to work with diverse teams to develop project requirements and estimates
• Excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and a high level of interpersonal skills
• Must be a self-motivated team player able to work in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, and demanding environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Experience or knowledge of Agile development methodology
• Software and/or Casino Gaming experience a plus
• Jira and Confluence experience a plus
