Job Summary:

The Junior Product Manager supports the Product Management Team using analytics to inform data-driven decisions related to the company’s global operations. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Have the passion and grit to become a gaming industry product expert

• Help train the sales team on upcoming software and hardware releases through regional calls and/or PowerPoint presentations

• Constant communication with sales team to understand and overcome road blocks

• Use Excel to analyze data and summarize/present to major stakeholders

• Manage hardware and software product roadmap and release schedule

• Manage, monitor and analyze AGS test bank data

• Help represent AGS and promote product at gaming industry trade shows

• Continue to monitor current game performance and find ways to optimize revenues

• Visit new and existing markets to analyze current/future business opportunities

• Support all departments by efficiently completing daily ad-hoc tasks

• Utilize all available resources to be an efficient and effective problem solver

• Other duties as assigned


• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma with additional college coursework desired

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or business equivalent

• 1-2 years’ experience in management reporting, analysis or product management

• 1-2 years’ experience in a gaming industry environment

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite particularly MS Excel

• Possesses Passion and Grit – Our business moves fast, we learn and move faster 

• Communication and Presentation – Must be able to effectively communicate and present material to different audiences

• Problem Solver and Critical Thinker – Use resources and experiences to provide the right solutions

• Customer Service – Knowledge of principals and processes for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers

• Analytics - Able to analyze data sets in Excel and provide summarized results

• Gaming Industry Knowledge or desire to learn about the gaming industry
