We are expanding our Research & Development team in the Atlantaarea with tremendous growth opportunities. The Jr. Game Designer position is agreat opportunity for recent grads or soon-to be graduates with math aptitudeand a creative flair/inclination. We are looking for a self-motivated personwho enjoys the complexities and trade-offs of working in a multi-discipline,creative environment


  • Making games with a diverse team of Game Designers, Artists, Musicians, Engineers and Math Designers.
  • Designing and implementing game mathematics
  • Creating programs to verify payback of games
  • Adding new functionality to math utility programs
  • Compiling and evaluating new game play metrics
  • Creating mathematical game concepts based on design requirements provided


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Computational Physics, Statistics or related field
  • Working knowledge of Probability, Statistics, and Combinatorics
  • Must be able to clearly document and communicate results utilizing strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience using Excel
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Understanding that change, iteration, and failure are required to create and design great things


  • Advanced Probability and Statistics experience
  • Experience with wager based gaming
  • Experience with C++ or C#
