Reportingto the manager of the Configuration Management department, the primary responsibility of the Associate SCM Analystis to work with team members in the Development, Support, and QA departments toperform software builds, run deliverable packaging procedures, prepare andduplicate storage media, maintain delivery and status records, and maintaininventory records.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • Followdocumented procedures to initiate and monitor software build jobs.
  • Followdocumented procedures to initiate and monitor software packaging jobs.
  • Loadsoftware onto installation media (compact flash, solid state drives and harddrives)
  • Maintainrecords of software loaded onto installation media and their location andstatus.
  • Maintaininventory of media masters.
  • Respondto requests for software packages from various departments
  • AssistCompliance department with general Compliance activities.
  • Maintainorganized files for ease of data retrieval by self and co-workers.

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electronic or computer technology certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint and Outlook, to create and revise documents such as signoff documentation, memos, reports, spreadsheets, forms, etc., communicate with co-workers, schedule meetings, and maintain data.
  • Linux/Unix experience is a plus
  • Communicate with co-workers and others in both oral and written form.
  • Prioritize work and function well under deadlines.
  • Adjust priorities as needed due to changes in business objectives.
