The Associate Product Manager will aid in the development, production and delivery of Table Games products while providing detailed recurring and revised forecasting, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating with vendors and casino operators. The role requires extensive knowledge of Table Games from development cycle to placement to customer follow-thru and potential improvements. 

Essential Functions:

• Conduct market research on trends, present ideas and detail specs for Table Games products

• Understand key components of the Table Games industry including, but not limited to, compliance, math models, certification process, and production

• Provide product-specific information to Sales and Casino Operators and continuously expand product knowledge to maintain expert status

• Detail product operational, installation and user documents for Compliance, Production and Service Teams and for Casino Operators

• Forecast quarterly product placement including stretch goals, while keeping an eye on inventory levels and improving processes to achieve those forecasts

• Establish time schedules with Engineering while providing detailed product specs and revisions  

• Work with installation teams to better understand customer operations and systems, incorporate front-end lessons to future product development

• Run weekly Tiger Team meetings with Production, Service, Management, Engineering, and Compliance

• Have a high-level overview on Sales orders for Table Products    

• Develop working relationships with high-level casino personnel, conduct product demos, aid sales with expert product knowledge 

• Participate in operational audits and process analysis 

• Other duties as assigned by management 


• Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education required (6+ years preferred)

• Gaming industry experience preferable

• Technical aptitude, professional presentation skills, and superior customer service skills required 

• Previous experience in Product Management is preferred

• Ability to obtain required licensing documents and approvals for domestic travel 

• Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook)

• Experience with communicating with vendors and customers frequently  

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and/or oral instructions

• Communication skills (listening, constructive feedback, conflict resolution, writing, presentation)

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Travel required, up to 20%
