Position Summary

The Associate Game Producer is expected tomanage the daily partnerships within development studios. We expect you to havestrong communication skills and the ability to skillfully interact withmultiple departments in order to balance timelines and studio needs. Manage allfacets of game service production with development teams. Must be able toprioritize and provide clear directives regarding the team in the developmentof multiple projects simultaneously.


KeyResponsibilities & Duties

  • Positive and open communication withmanagement team
  • Ability to communicateprofessionally and effectively as a mediator between all developmentdisciplines, as well as with upper management
  • Must lead by example anddemonstrated the ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimalsupervision
  • Proven experience managing schedulesand requirements to implement desired features
  • Proactive in finding new ways toproblem solve and work with resolutions
  • Unrelenting self-motivation, positiveattitude, and initiative
  • Proven conflict management andevaluation, mitigation and risk resolution
  • Knowledge about the game developmentprocess and industry trends at large

Academic or Trade Qualifications

Bachelor’sDegree or equivalent


Work Experience and Skills

  • Experience shipping two or moremajor game titles at the Producer level
    5 years of game development experience in an internal development Productionrole
  • Strong knowledge of MicrosoftProject, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with project managementand version control software tools such as Confluence and Jira
  • A demonstrated understanding ofvarious Production methodologies is required
  • Experience managing externalresources, remote contractors, and vendor
  • Technical background and experiencewith Unreal Engine preferred
