The Assembler III will demonstrate knowledge and skills to build, test, and train on all table games and cabinet types.  The Assembler III can perform effective, detailed troubleshooting on all games and peripherals. The Assembler III will be responsible for effectively training other employees on assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and adherence to standards.  They will help to identify issues and implement corrective action on their own and/or report these issues to leadership for assistance with resolving the issues.

Essential Functions

• Perform detailed troubleshooting for all table games and cabinet types without support
• Must be able to train on assembly, loading software, testing, and troubleshooting for all cabinet types
• Audit processes to ensure standards and quality are maintained
• Monitor processes for issues and rework, helping to develop long term solutions to these issues
• Assist in the development of new production cells and the continuous improvement of existing cells
• Demonstrated ability to assemble all standard AGS games including tables and all slot cabinets
• Ability to load game software and functionally test units in at least one cabinet type
• Ability to test incoming games to determine functionality of primary components
• Monitor schedule and prioritize production in a work cell based on schedule
• Ability to load correct firmware in all peripherals based on quality documents
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations


• High School Graduate or GED required
• 3+ years electronic assembly preferred
• Strong mechanical/electronic assembly aptitude
• Experience using hand tools
• Experience with soldering
• Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a table games manufacturing environment
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Completed and passed DC Circuits Course provided by AGS.  (Direct hires must complete and pass the course within the first 90 days of employment.)
  • Complete Lean Implementers Certification within the first year of being hired/promoted (provided by AGS)
